Delete your HomeReady account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data. This is irreversible.

Easiest way (in the app):

Open HomeReady → Settings tab
Scroll to Danger Zone → tap Delete account → confirm

Or request deletion by email below. We'll send a confirmation link to verify it's you.

Account email

What gets deleted: your profile, readiness history, uploaded documents, messages, notifications and account login. Data is removed immediately upon confirmation; there is no retention period.
